"I have a contract with them. It doesn’t cost anything because I’m signed up for the year. The quality is very good, excellent. They’re kind of slow getting out here. They will call and tell you they’re going to be here. They call like an hour before they get here. I have used them for 20 years. I think they have to hire more people because if you are on their comfort plan, they did the air conditioning and the furnace. The air conditioning is about a month down the road and you are already in season. When they did the furnace in October or November, you are already in the season. That’s what I would say there."

"Excellent. The owner Keith was very helpful and recommended a small pump which took water from my AC and heating unit. It was an added cost but Keith didn't pressure me into the sale. I was grateful for suggesting the pump because until then I had been tripping on a rigged add on to my heating/ac unit. Years ago, I had a problem with the air conditioner. It went out. I called the company that had previously done our work. Their person who came out to give the estimate for the new a/c I found to have been lying. I called Carrier and told them I had not had the unit that long. They said they would give me a new compressor but I had to pay a company to install it. I called around to contractors to install the compressor. This salesman came out, he got on the phone and said he was talking to Carrier and gave me a song and dance about what Carrier was going to do for me. Something didn't sound right so I called Carrier and asked if they spoke to him and they said no. That disqualified them. So I called Brandon and asked them what their price was to put in a new compressor. They gave me a good price. they were fair about it. I've been with Brandon ever since. I've been treated very fairly by them so I stay with them."

Never used Home Advisor. It wasn't until I was deleting emails and unsubscribiing from various sites (since I couldn't sleep) that I came across Home Advisor, and almost unsubscribed...so glad I didn't. I was happy to find out that it was just my dual run capacitor and that I didn't have to replace unit or pay an astronomical amount of money ($262). I rated the value for the money a 3 only because I know how cheap the part is. However, the service of having a quick response, professionalism, quick fix, and a central air unit that is cooling wonderfully is invaluable, especially in these hot temperatures. Very pleased with Global overall and would definitely use again."
