It was late enough in the day, I was really worried that I would have to wait until Monday to have a technician out, and was resigned to having to toss out a lot of food. "Installed ceiling fan explaining option pertaining to electrical switches which I liked. Installed CFCI switch and replaced existing light fixture. I did supply the ceiling fan, light fixture and CFCI switch which was my choice. He did quote me $150 to $200 and we did get charged the $200. I think I should have clarified in the pricing prior to contract if the CFCI switch would have been included in pricing. Worked diligently for 3 hours and the time frame was 3-4 hrs."

"I have been defrosting my Samsung Refrigerator ice maker weekly for two full years. I've spent a fortune trying to get it fixed. When the primary fan started making loud noises, I contacted HA and got Those Guys as a recommendation. Alfred called me back within minutes. He came this morning at our agreed to appointment (on time and prepared). He was extremely professional, communicated with me about what his research had revealed, and got to work. He worked diligently and carefully to removed covers so he could physically check the fan. Thankfully, it was not bad. I would recommend this company, hands down! He did not mind me looking over his shoulder and asking a million questions. He does not overbook himself do he can commit the time to the customer and the job at hand. "I had Chris out two times to solve some plumbing issues. I had the first time the hot water to my bathroom faucet wasnâ  t coming out. I was worried that my house was broken, but Chris assured me that all I needed to do was purchase another and he installed it for a great price. The second time I had Chris come out the handle. I had broken off of my shower, because it was hard to turn. He educated me on what the actual issue was. It turned out the mixing cartridge inside my shower valve was bad, and thatâ  s why it was hard to turn, and I had broken the handle off again. He had to save the day and fixed the issue by replacing the cartridge and handle for a great price I definitely recommend and definitely will be using him for future work because his price was so great."

"The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.
