"Fantastic customer service. Very clear, competitive price quote. Called a day before to confirm appointment and showed up on time. When Miguel arrived he took one look at our old, stained berber carpet and suggested that he clean a test spot before officially starting the job. His concern was that if he could not clean 90-100% of our carpet that he didn't want to do it and risk us being disappointed with the results. The test confirmed his concerns and we decided not to proceed. We were thrilled with Miguel's honesty and commitment to pleasing his customers even if it meant that he didn't get to bill us for the job that we had originally requested. This should be no means reflect negatively on Miguel's cleaning ability. We inherited some really ratty rugs when we bought the house and due to the type and condition there really was no hope for cleaning them well we all agreed in hindsight. "An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. Great experience and will definitely use again"

Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration.
