"Joshua is a quick communicator and follows up quickly. He quoted me for services quickly. After checking their work after the first day of cleaning, we found that there were many things missed that we believed have been communicated on the phone with Joshua prior to service. When we voiced our concerns, Joshua and his crew came back next day and made it right by cleaning further and charging some additional fee which however I believe to be fair. So in the end this was good service and I would recommend."
