"Paul, the owner, was terrific. I needed to replace a rotting wooden rear entry door with a new ThermaTru fiberglass door. I also wanted to add a storm door to the same entry. Paul came over and inspected the site and we ordered both doors in late December of 2021. The doors arrived several months later and Paul came out for the installation. He was great. He was clearly a meticulous and experienced professional who knew his stuff perfectly. After several hours he had completed the installation of both doors. They look and work great. They specialize in maintaining and restoring wood window frames. We would have liked to have them do more work, but they were quite expensive, which is why we did not have them do the other work. If I could afford them, I would use them again."

I appreciate details like adjusting one of the doors to ensure a consistent look throughout the house. The customer service was great and the price was fair. I would have given 5 stars but I noticed afterwards the edge of new window trim didn’t match the rest of the trim in the house. ECR left the edge squared off instead of rounding it off."
