"It went well and done in 3 days. I have a busy work schedule and the floor team was able to accommodate my work schedule without me trying to get of my work to have them replace my floors. I would hire them again to do another floor at another time. I came across District Floor Depot through the website Houzz having good ratings and rated with the BBB. I got estimates from other flooring companies however this company came out the best not because they were the cheapest but their professionalism and high recommendations through reviews by real people. This company has many types of flooring choices. Just like the local company Michaels and Sons. This company is also a locally family run company. This companies' boss came out to see and spoke with his employees at the work site something that Home Depot has not done for me ever. "Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference.
