He personally came to our house to walk through the project and plan. His crew during the project were professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. "On the day of service I got a call from Rupendra (?) he had been in an accident and couldn't make it. First thing I thought was what an excuse. Seconds later a photo came showing the wrecked truck on a flatbed tow truck. I was so ashamed of myself. He offered to come the next day, but I needed it a couple of days later. On the follow-up day they were there right on time at the end of the day. The job was done and cleaned up nicely. I was so impressed I told them I wanted to setup a lawn service. I’m happier with a small company that keeps their word than a large fancy one that can’t seem to keep theirs… Being the end of the day I knew they guys were tired so I gave them some fresh muffins to hold them over until they got home.
