"I originally found Mark on Angie's List, with all the great reviews, I had to check him out. I am a first time home buyer and Mark helped me with weighing my options with FHA or Conventional. We ended up going conventional with 5% down, which saved us a lot of money.
I had another quote from another Mortgage lender, which I shared with Mark. I also told Mark we have 30 days to close, so he definitely had his work cut out for him. Mark ended up winning the job, he got me the best rate and cheapest closing costs. He also promised me 30 days closing, which I was very happy he was able to do. Everything went smoothly, and he was quick to pick up the phone and give me advice throughout the whole process. He was very upfront with everything, all of the costs were outlined and there were NO hidden fees at the closing table. "In March 2011, a rock pad was laid as a foundation for our large garage being delivered. Excellent work performed. As a result of the impressive, professional job done, we had Rock a Fellas redo our deck in July, 2011. A re-decking took place with Timbertech decking materials with radiance rails. This was not an easy job, but Rock was very helpful in offering important advice and opinions on where to select materials etc. He also took care of ordering the dumpster to haul away debris, a detail which can be overlooked by an overwhelmed customer. He also rectified any concerns/issues with a prompt, professional manner which ultimately led to our great satisfaction when job was completed.

"They took the roof off the existing garage, set down new floor, built outside walls, strengthened garage to hold addition, shingled roof and sided. They installed new windows and as per our agreement, we are finishing the inside work. The work is top class and his workers were professional and worked from early until late each day. Very happy with work. Would highly recommend this builder. He took care of the plans and the building permit."
