"Shannon from Mr. Handyman was very helpful in scheduling an appointment; she called the morning of my appointment to see if an employee could come earlier than planned (another client's appointment had been postponed because the snow). Dale arrived promptly; he was friendly and polite and after we reviewed the work to be done, he began. Dale was efficient and the work was done well. Mr. Handyman's pricing *seems* a bit high, but I don't have the best idea of what work like this costs in general, and this area can be pricey. For the convenience /ease of scheduling and well done work, I am happy I went with this company and would work with them again."

"I had some specific, albeit not normal projects Matt was willing to take on. Although, in general the final product is good, it took way too long. Appointments were often rescheduled, or took more hours than estimated. He doesn't do plumbing, electric or floors, so running into anything outside his expertise requires a halt in his work, and a new date to continue. Removal of a plaster wall was a mess because the necessary precautions were not taken (plastic in door openings and water bottles). I would say he's a great carpenter, but to advertise as a general handyman is a bit of an exaggeration. He also doesn't always have what he needs for the project. Framing a wall, he asked for opening size, again, and still didn't have the wood and corners to finish properly. Drywall cracked and had to be removed. I am finishing the framing since the final size is not what is needed, even though I explained the project several times. The delays between visits was often a week or more leaving me in a construction mess. But his carpentry work is very good."
