"I got a call back while I was still hitting the send button. The person who called me was very cordial and professional. He said he would be at my house between 11 and 12.(same day mind you). Turned out he was the owner and he arrived at 10:50. He explained what he thought the problem was, then proceeded to run some tests to verify hid diagnosis. You guessed it, he hit the nail on the head. Did the repair, no fuss, no muss and he was on his way. What a pleasure to do business with. I think I'd give him 7 stars if they went that high.
