"Where do I even begin!? They showed up an hour early. With plenty of heads up. He was very understanding when I didnâ t see the notification that they were running early. Tino was very friendly and jovial. One of those people who you couldnâ t imagine ever having a bad day. He and his partner got to work in the scolding hot, almost 100 degree day and finished our beautiful play set in 4 hours! He made sure to ask if it was in the spot I liked before anchoring it to the ground. I couldnâ t be happier. It is very well built. Thank you guys SO much!"

"It was a difficult project requiring the removal of current siding, then significant patching, sanding and carpentry to prepare the original clapboard for paint. The crew was very hard working and super creative when it came to solving problems. They showed up on time every day and finished the project according to schedule. "I thought he did a good job, in the end he hung everything to my liking and went the extra mile to get it done. My one complaint was that he had to take multiple trips to complete the job. The first time he came he drilled some rather large holes into my wall and they were off center I asked him to align the holes with my headboard so the shelf would sit neatly centered above my bed. I was watching him carefully and asked him to adjust, but when I walked away to take a call he started drilling and when I came back it was too late. I communicated this and he was very receptive and helpful its clear he is interested in his customer satisfaction. It ended up that we didn't have the correct hooks so he came back a second time with special wall hooks he went out to purchase at home depot as a courtesy as my walls were unusually think and also to re drill holes centered above my bed and to fill the old ones. His original price was for just the shelf and curtains but he helped me hang some easier things around my room that I needed an extra pair of hands for. He was really helpful and easy to deal with, I give him credit for dealing with the complaint so graciously and working to fix it."

"Star painting power washed and painted the whole exterior of our house 5 years ago. It has held up extremely well. We had some damage recently and called them to repair it. They were incredibly responsive & completed all the work going above and beyond in honoring our warranty on the work. Often times one is disappointed that people don't stand behind their work, but Star painting did - 5 years later - and even when the damage was not related to their work. I recommend them fully to anyone looking for quality work, and professionalism with customers. The cost of service quoted in this review is the original cost - they did not charge us for the recent repairs which was incredible!"

"We reached out to several contractors, gathering estimates for roofing, new gutters, installing a portico and a (300 sq. ft. Trex) deck back in June 2016. RCS Contracting LLC was one of those we contacted, and we found Mark to be professional and polite with all of our asks/fact gathering/questions. He actually listened to/heard what we were looking for, and as the Mrs., I was particularly happy that he was available and willing to speak directly to me (vs. only dealing with my husband). Plus, the quotes were not too high and not the lowest. Ultimately, though, we chose a different route/a stone patio (vs. a deck) and decided to hold off on the other projects. In the future, when we're ready, we will reach out to RCS Contractors and Mark once again."
