"I called John and he told me to talk to Don the supervisor. When I spoke with Don he was super rude regarding my concerns. I wanted him to look at the driveway and he wouldn't work with me. I got no where with Don, so I called John and he said he would talk to Don. I waited 1 day and after no one called I called John and received an answering machine and I left a message. John called me back and said to call Mr. Young the owner. I immediately called and left a message for Mr. Young. The next day Mr. Young and Don came to the house and I showed them the items of my concern. Mr. Young was trying to make excuses. Said they would do what they could. He couldn't argue about the seal coat and said they didn't do such a good job. In the end they came back and used more expensive acrylic crack filler that worked better in bigger cracks. They used a sprayer to reseal the entire driveway. After the job was complete it turned out to be what I expected in the first place."
