"Had a leak start in the pipe under the bathroom sink after trying to unclog the sink on Sunday. Called Ray Page Plumbing on Monday, they sent Ed on Tuesday . The pipes are from the 1960â s and had rotted through and broke. Ed quoted me a price and figured about 45 minute job. Unfortunately the job got more involved as the condition of the pipes were much worse then they appeared. The job took 4 hours. Ed got the problem fixed but the clog was way in the pipe and couldnâ t be addressed at that time. Ed stuck to his original quote even though the job took more than 3 hours longer than expected. He also arranged to have their company come out and snake through the lines this morning. This job came in under quoted price !! Dennis came out and did a great job snaking the pipe. They pipes being so old I was afraid of more breakage but he unclogged the pipe with no damage ! ! I couldn't be more pleased between the excellent service, very nice plumbers and the more than fair pricing. Iâ ve paid higher prices for a lot less work in the past by another plumbing company. Iâ d recommend this company for sure."

"All of the people I dealt with at A.D.B. were very professional. The only issue was when I asked for references. The woman I spoke to said she would contact prior clients to make sure I could contact them. A week and a half later I was told that they do not give out clients names. If I was told that originally, I could have had the work started sooner. But the workers were quite knowledgeable. And answered all of the questions that I had. One reason I hired them is because their license is with the DEEP. The other estimates I received, those companies had licenses with the state as plumbers. I just felt that they may have had more knowledge on how to tackle the job. And another bonus is that the contract includes a one year guarantee. Not that expect I will need to call them back but it is good peace of mind. Overall, a great experience."

TJ did not try to oversell the project (he actually suggested doing less rather than more) and was able to have a custom counter/sink made for a very tricky cabinet base. His crew installed 2 toilets, a light fixture, and a new sink top (including all new plumbing in the cabinet) in less than a day AND in the middle of a pandemic and snowy weather. They laid drop cloths from the front door to the bath, wore masks, and left no clean for me. Communication via email was easy throughout the process and Lisa , in the office, was delightful anytime I had to call. We will definitely reach out to TJ at W.B.
