"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Altogether a very good experience."

The work done was clean and very professional. ONLY drawback was price was a bit high. But i feel the offset of them removing the tank from the house and disposing of it was well worth it. "The service went very well. They were here at exactly 9 o'clock. They took and install a new faucet in the kitchen that had a leak. The master bathroom had a slight clog he cleared that. Then, the toilet was moving when you sit on it. So he took the toilet off, and replace the seal, and put it back again. We were happy with the work. This was the 2nd time I used the service. I had no problem and I would recommend them. He explained everything he was doing and he clean up after the job was done that you wouldn't know that he was here. I have found a good plumber and I would use them again if needed."
