They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"I have an older home that had renovations and add ons that are now 20+ years old. There was damage to the fascia beneath the roof line, different types of siding that were lifting, and cracks in the outer concrete foundation - they repaired ALL of that before proceeding with paint! This company was very communicative, gave me lots of options, did not try to sell me things I didn’t need, punctual, and extremely thorough. I was also very overwhelmed with paint colors…their team listened to the direction I was going and then didn’t bring me a thousand paint options, but narrowed it down for me so it was easier to pick. They did a BEAUTIFUL job…so much better than I could have hoped for! And…their crew was very thoughtful…they cleaned up so well and even brought in my garbage cans from the curb! I will be passing their business cards to everyone I know and we plan to hire them for other work in the future!"
