I was very satisfied with the work that was done but I know if I did complain about anything that was done they would make it right! I highly recommend them. One more thing-** they go above and beyond whats required of them-** They knew I was planning on painting after they were done and took the time to contact a painting contractor (at my approval of course!)and obtain me a bid on the spot! It’s hard for me to give an accurate rating for the work since I wasn’t provided photos, and I can’t see the result. Rather than providing an estimate for such a small job, the work was done. (My bad since I started looking for someone before the leaves stopped falling.). As far as I can tell, he did a good job. He also tried calling me when he was on the roof but I didn’t answer the call so I’m fine that the work was done rather than the estimate only. I recommend BCV and will use them again.
