"Mr. King did a soft-wash of my dad's vinyl-sided house. The siding was extremely dirty and had black mold spots and green gunk everywhere. He did an amazing job. The siding is around 35 years old and now looks great. It still has a little dirty look to it but I believe that is due to the age of the siding. They were totally against pressure washing the house because of the vinyl and I am glad that I listened. He even hit all of the very had to reach places and I am very pleased with his work. His work ethics are obviously exceptional which is a factor hard to find in most contractors. I will always hire him for all of my future jobs. Well done!"

"My wife and I have lived in this home for 42 years...it's a tri-level with lots of windows, a number facing East that catches the morning sunrises which highlight film and dust. Every other year we have our windows cleaned by a "professional" window cleaning business. Normally, we have accepted the residual water stains, smudges and streaks. This individual goes one step further. Besides first using a soapy cleaning solution and wiping it off like all of our other cleaners have and then they were done, he then applies a glass polishing compound, lets it dry and then hand buffs it...inside and out. The result is spotless windows. Most of our previous cleaners were finished within 2 to 2 1/2 hours....this gentleman was here from 12:00 to 4:00 and his bid was was most competitive with others. We will certainly be calling him for our next window cleaning....if there was a 5++ star rating, that is how we would rate his work."

Also painted a fascia board damaged by squirrels and looked for other evidence of new damage.
