This company was unable to figure out how to hang the door properly. The door now looks beautiful and is working great. They also installed an outdoor security light and added a new light switch. "James did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel as well as some other handyman jobs weâ ve needed help on. He is responsive and sets reasonable expectations as far as timing and availability of materials. He was a good manager of the subcontractors as well when that was needed. He and his team were very respectful of the fact that we were living through the renovation and tried not to spread the renovation mess to other spaces and was always good to make sure our pets were out of any danger. The quality of work was excellent on all of the projects and weâ ve gotten tons of compliments. The tile work especially was amazing! "I am a school teacher and needed to have my kitchen sink and pipes replaced. I live in a 75 year old home that I love and after a complete renovation since 1950. M and M came out the next day after I called. Seth came and worked on my pipes but found they needed to be replaced. He tried multiple times to work with the old galvanized pipes. Today, Sunday, December 18, they came out to replace the pipes completely. This time, Martin and Esmerelda came out and explained everything in understandable language what they were going to do and why. As a customer, they put me at ease and answered all my questions. They also gave me a discount price for the clean out of the lower pipes. This company answered each of my calls right away without any wait time and Seth called me later that evening to make sure I had recieved the call for Sunday service. Also, Martin and Esmerelda stay after the job was finished to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE you will get with this company."

Genes work throughout the entire process of Demolishing two tub/shower combinations (a little over 23 years old) and replacing with shower wall systems (BCI Acrylic) was OUTSTANDING! Gene is very meticulous and thorough. His attention to detail is above reproach! In short, his work is Superb! I am very impressed with the finished products. "I had 7 people come to my house to address the raw sewage backing up into my basement. The first company sent 4 different people to address each individual issue. Pretty much took all day. The only thing that was accomplished was that one guy put a camera in my line and said it would not go very far. Said the pipe was likely collapsed. Suggested we get an outside cleanout installed which would involve excavating the yard and installing new pipe...about 6.5K. Yikes! Called for a 2nd opinion. Offered the same service for about half the price. Didn t even try to snake it. Said too risky. Had a 3rd company come out. They at least tried snaking it but were unsuccessful. They suggested hydro jetting at $750 for the first hour. Luckily the hydro jet was not available so I called Chris to see if he could do that. Explained my situation and he thought he could clear it without using a jet. Well, he did the impossible and cleared the line after a couple of hours! He had 2 things the others did not have...determination and hope. He saved us a ton of money and I am very grateful!"
