"This was a rental property project to replace an existing bathtub with a walk-in shower. I needed a budgetary quote and contacted several installers but all of them wanted to schedule a sales visit before they would even provide a general price range. Fortunately I contacted Mike and after answering a few of his questions he was able to give me a budgetary quote over the phone and then email me information to review. After deciding to move forward with the project Mike scheduled a brief visit to the property and after choosing from samples, a written quote (matching the estimate) was provided and a start date was scheduled. The estimated time to complete the project was two days but because the original installation was older and an extra day was needed to replace the badly deteriorated cast iron drain, waste and vent lines with PVC. Mike followed up after project was completed to make sure all was satisfactory. They did a great job and I will definitely be using them for future projects. "I am a school teacher and needed to have my kitchen sink and pipes replaced. I live in a 75 year old home that I love and after a complete renovation since 1950. M and M came out the next day after I called. Seth came and worked on my pipes but found they needed to be replaced. He tried multiple times to work with the old galvanized pipes. Today, Sunday, December 18, they came out to replace the pipes completely. This time, Martin and Esmerelda came out and explained everything in understandable language what they were going to do and why. As a customer, they put me at ease and answered all my questions. They also gave me a discount price for the clean out of the lower pipes. This company answered each of my calls right away without any wait time and Seth called me later that evening to make sure I had recieved the call for Sunday service. "Anthony and the Apex crew did fantastic work for us installing a French drain system in our backyard, and a new drainage system for our driveway and replaced our full driveway and front porch. Anthony was communicative and professional and worked hard to earn our business. His crew had the French drain system finished up in one day, and the concrete crew wrapped up their work in three days. Everything looks great, the crews were friendly and approachable, and worked hard to get everything done right. Highly recommended!"

"I had 7 people come to my house to address the raw sewage backing up into my basement. The first company sent 4 different people to address each individual issue. Pretty much took all day. The only thing that was accomplished was that one guy put a camera in my line and said it would not go very far. Said the pipe was likely collapsed. Suggested we get an outside cleanout installed which would involve excavating the yard and installing new pipe...about 6.5K. Yikes! Called for a 2nd opinion. Offered the same service for about half the price. Didn t even try to snake it. Said too risky. Had a 3rd company come out. They at least tried snaking it but were unsuccessful. They suggested hydro jetting at $750 for the first hour. Luckily the hydro jet was not available so I called Chris to see if he could do that. Explained my situation and he thought he could clear it without using a jet. Well, he did the impossible and cleared the line after a couple of hours! He had 2 things the others did not have...determination and hope. He saved us a ton of money and I am very grateful!"
