Who is eligible for this service?

Any homeseller who is listing their home with a Coldwell Banker affiliated broker. Once you sign your listing agreement, your broker can help you sign up for this program or you can call us at (888) 588-8432 to learn more.

What will it cost me to use this service?

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage does not charge a fee for RealVitalize. All costs are recouped at closing, with no hidden fees, interest charges or markups.

Once I sign up, how does RealVitalize work?

It only takes 7 easy steps to participate:

1. Sign the RealVitalize agreement with your broker
2. Get instant approval to spend with no money out of pocket
3. Schedule a visit to your home by calling the hotline
4. Agree on the scope of work and price quote
5. Work begins promptly with oversight from HomeAdvisor
6. List the home with your agent once the work is complete
7. Once the home is sold, the cost is deducted from the sale price

There is no restriction on what types of home services you can take advantage of, but some of the most popular are:

Is there a limit to how much work I can get done?

Your broker will work with you to determine the allowance you have as part of the RealVitalize program. As always, there are no additional fees for RealVitalize. All costs are recouped at closing, with no hidden fees, interest charges or markups.

How does pricing work?

Before Home Advisor begins any work, the price will be clearly communicated and you will have the chance to review any quote before work is performed – if you disagree with the price, you can work with your dedicated HomeAdvisor concierge to find a different provider or change the scope of the work. You will not have to pay anything out of pocket, since the costs are recouped at closing, with no hidden fees, or interest charges.

My house is already on the market – can I still participate in this program?

You can take advantage of this program any time before the home closes. Looking to make some changes before an upcoming open house? Call us!

What happens if I take my house off the market?

If your home does not close within 12 months from the execution date of a RealVitalize contract or you cancel your listing with us, you will be responsible for paying Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage an amount equal to the value of services that were undertaken during the contract period.
