I have had this system since 2010 and hace it serviced annually. Archie is the best technician - professional, respectful, and knowledgeable about the system. In addition, Jacquie, who provides administrative support, is always very helpful and provides great customer service.

Formerly Busy Dog or Basement Technologies and now Groundworks. I have had a terrible experience working with this company over the past two years. For a number of years we have used Busy Dog to manage and service our sump pumps and battery back up which included yearly maintenance. 2 years ago the red alarms were going off continuously and BB refused to come out to see what the issue was. We had called them multiple times. The sump finally failed causing a flood in our finished carpeted basement. They refused to pay my high deductible and took no responsibility for their negligence. They replaced the whole system. Everything was fine until 2 days ago when the sump failed due to an improperly installed PVC pipe which burst, causing another flood in our basement. When I called during this emergency, they said they were now Groundworks and did not respond to emergencies. I never received an email, mail or call stating they were bought out. Our service tech Alvin Miller III of GroundWorks/formally know as Busy Dog came for a sump pump annual checkup. Alvin was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. He very patiently explained to me how our sump pump and back up battery operates. He was fast and efficient and diligently recorded all of the work that was done. I was very happy to hear that everything is in good shape and nothing needed to be updated and replaced. I highly recommend GroundWorks aka Busy Dog company.

Unfortunately for my project, there was no Project Manager so there were numerous issues with "miscommunication" between the sales rep, crews that worked on the project and managers. The project took weeks to complete and while it is finished, I was extremely frosted throughout the whole process. Anytime I needed to contact management, I spoke with a different person who was out of the state. There needs to be a better process for keeping the project on track by having a Project Manager. I would not recommend Groundworks to any family or friends.

My professional came in to do a maintenance check up on my sub pump. To begin with they showed up on time explained what they were going to do and followed up with me after the task was completed during this time. My house was left on damage and you would not even know that they were here. I would recommend this company just based on my own personal experience with them. Not only would I recommend the company, but I would also recommend Alvin Miller, who is very professional in the way he came in, did the job and left without wasting any of his time or mine. Look forward to seeing him again next year.

Guiles Hall and Jason Lewis came to repair pool deck. Had major cracks and settling. They raised slabs and filled cracks. They were punctual, professional and did a great job.

Worst experience, horrible customer service. Don't expect anyone to pick up the phone or call you back. They kept our deposit after cancelling the work on the day of the project. Took weeks to get our money back. Do not hire!

Lenny Miranda and Izaiah Ramos did an amazing job on our basement! They were efficient and kept us updated every step of the way! It looks great and is now fully waterproofed!

Corey C of Basement Technologies performed our yearly maintenance inspection on our Basement Technologies sump pump, and did a fine job. He arrived within the expected timeframe, and provided us a detailed checklist of all items inspected. He also reviewed the operation of the alarm systems with us. He was friendly and courteous throughout.

A bit expensive but they did they job very well and no water has come into our basement since.

We had a french drain installed many years ago.Haven't had any issues and every year they follow up to remind us we are due for an inspection. We have had several technicians and everyone of them arrived on time and have been very courteous. I highly recommend them and have been very satisfied with their service.

We had Boston Basement put in our French Drains ans sump pumps many years ago. BusyDog has maintained them once a year since the installation. We have been satisfied with the service and the technicians at every inspection.

I have used basement technologies for about 15 years.They installed a french drain and sump pump.It workks great.My basement is bone dry.They come every year to maintain the system for $315.Well worth the price.Gives peace of mind.The system stays under warranty. Paul B
