We had our crawl space encapsulated in the summer of 2025. Shortly after the hose that attached to the dehumidifier began to release water on to my concrete patio. The installers purposefully routed the piping here. Due to all the moisture already present and on top of summer heat, copious amounts of water began puddling on my concrete patio. The grooves started to grow mold- it was overall a big miss on 58 foundations' part in not having the forethought on where this piping should go upon initial installation. I had to take pictures and supply proof of what was happening to get another person out to fix this error. Fast forward ten months and an unexpected trip to the crawl space due to an electrical issue and piles of water are found. An $8000 job to remedy my foundation and secure it from excess moisture and this is where I'm at?! 58 Foundations came out (again) to fix the (what turned out to be ANOTHER installation problem) issue. Turns out the dehumidifier was never propped up high enough causing water to not have the proper channel to flow fluidly. Josiah attempted to clean up "most of" the water and moisture, but there are rusts spots that remain due to this installation issue. I asked to speak with management- that was never conveyed to management. I had to contact 58 foundations again to clarify this. Overall, there is a lack of knowledge to encapsulate, a lack of care to follow through- no checks and balances to ensure who is installing is doing a proper job.... Hey, if I was blind and never saw the water puddling and mold on my patio, and if I never went into the crawl space thereafter, this would have been a five star review! Bottom line: Find another company- there are many out there; best price doesn't mean best quality.

This is my crawl space after 58 foundations completed their work. No guarantees. No warranties. They misdesigned the solution and then the GM for the Greenville market never followed through on resolving the issue. You should know that 58 foundations buys their reviews from customers by guaranteeing a bonus for their employees if you write a 5 star review. My picture is the reality. If you want someone who honors their word, if you want someone who will follow through, then you shouldn't hire 58 Foundations. Edit 7/22/25 - this issue is still not resolved. 58 foundations has never followed through. This is who you're doing business with if you hire them. Edit 9/8/25 - the issue is still not resolved. Don't do business with 58 Foundations folks. This example is what it means for them to honor their word. Exit 6/12/26 - the issue is still not resolved. Don't do business with a vendor that lacks integrity.

I was pleased with the professionalism!

The work crew's foreman Aaron was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. His crewmembers Rusty, Otis, and Dizzy, all worked very hard and efficiently 2 remove the old and unnecessary insulation and Black netting that was causing moisture build up in my crawlspace. They removed all the debris, cleaned up the work area, and left my crawlspace looking beautiful , and moisture free! I would highly recommend '58 Foundation! Their prices also beat their competitors by thousands of dollars! I am very satisfied with the work ethic of this Company!

58 foundations came to do waterproofing for my crawl space. The crew was prompt, very professional, and did a fantastic job. They accidently cut an electrical line that no one knew was there...and the service manager insisted on paying for repair...which occurred that afternoon. I was so impressed with their demeanor and their professionalism. They left my crawl space clean and neat. I was very glad I had hired them. I highly recommend this company.

Pleasant doing business with the same people.

They installed a vapor barrier which was very expensive. I had someone go behind them and take pictures of their work, for I am unable to crawl. I was very unhappy with their work-provided a few reasons one example there were gaps in the coverage. Nothing happened. Money back guarantee on their terms only. -Beware.

From the initial inspection to the completion of the work everyone was very professional and kept me informed.

Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house.

Knowledgeable and very informative sales person. Everything was done as promised.

Concrete work was complete unleveled and will most likely lead to cracking. Was told to call if it should crack and they will repair. Basement room was not swept following job and plastic was left up and hanging.

They were on time, did a clean job...very efficient!

Gus was really nice. He knew what we needed inspected and fixed for a reasonable rate.

The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. Overall, I am very happy we chose BDry.!
