I called Steve on Sunday morning. He told me he would be here soon and he was. He found the problem with the ac and had it working in a very short time. I would recommend him and will call him for any future ac problems .

This company recently attempted to service our 6 year old carrier unit. Nothing fixed after 1st service call. During 2nd call, the company tried to tell me the unit was not worth fixing. WTH. It is a Carrier and barely 6 years old. when I questioned the technician (I believe was the owner), he became extremely rude and belligerent, made a disparaging comment and walked out. Even left his assistant standing in my kitchen embarrassed. I WOULD NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVEN TO PLUG IN A BOX FAN.

Arrived early for the appointment on a Sunday Morning. He attempted to fix the problem, unfortunately he had to order a part due to the brand of heat pump. Steve kept me informed while waiting for the part to arrive. He installed the new motor as soon as it arrived. 911 Heating and Air will be my first call if I ever have any problems or decide to change out the unit.

"Replaced condenser motor in customers system on a Saturday. We do not charge higher prices on weekends, after hours, or holidays. Advised customer of diagnostic fee to come out and then when on sight advised price of repair as we use up front pricing, before repair was done. We also accepted a post dated check from customer for her convenience for payment of job."

Our unit was 17 years old and froze up, Steve came out on Monday, one day after contacting, and had a new unit in on Wed of the same week! Even got the old unit working to keep us cool until the new one was installed, and even called to make sure it was still working! New unit great, fair price! Five Stars!!!!!
