Wayne Taylor defrauded me of $22,800.
this scam did not only cost me $22,800 but, it caused my tenant to end the lease citing that the damages were not fixed, plus the time I spent on hiring another trustworthy roofer and handy men to address this, in addition to legal costs that I already spent for consultation and sending demand letters, as I am short on money because of him, I am still willing to go after him by all possible means until he paid his dues,
I sent him a demand letter through Cape Justice to inform him of reimbursement but he did not respond, I will continue exposing him to every platform, page or continue with legal proceedings if he did not return my money. I can only upload 10 photos at time but I have full history of emails and chat on the Facebook link

The insurance companys initial offer was ridiculous. Waynes suggestions in dealing with insurance companies was very helpful and encouraged them to cover my roof replacement. Then, before I knew it, I had a gorgeous new roof, and they did the job perfectly and in a timely manner
