Both gentlemen were engaging and knew how to repair the water heater and removed a lot of sediment from the lines. Here's where I had a problem: for approx. $1400.00, the job was not completed. We have a sediment problem, as do many in this part of TX. Lines had to be cleared, the water heater drained and cleared, etc. All lines were not cleared. The kitchen faucet was not cleared. It needs replacement and the faucet that the men had on hand was quoted at over 600.00 for the part--really?? Everything they did came at a high price tag I appreciate the work- prices are way too high and when they could not clear the kitchen line, they stated that they had run over time on the job. I thought we had paid for service, not time. I called to see if he was going to complete the job- for $180.00 more???

Highly recommend this company. During busy holiday season, they were most responsive! Job done on time and under budget! Great customer service with wonderful follow up. Plumber was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This turned out to be more challenging than expected since the original builder had not installed the toilet correctly. Patrick had to modify a deep set flange to make it work and he did an excellent job. He was very careful to avoid damaging the floor tile. His helper was David and they both worked non-stop until they finished the job. Friendly service with a smile, both guys. My experience with this company has been top notch. I will definitely use them again as my preferred plumbers.

I called A & A Plumbing (Joey) to have them repair a water main leak and within one hour, Patrick and David were on the scene. They quickly figured out what was wrong and repaired it in no time. I have used A & A Plumbing on several occasions and have always enjoyed expert, courteous and efficient service. They're the best plumbing company in town!

I hired A & A to repair a kitchen drain line that was broken under the slab. David E. and Abe were dispatched to give me a quote. After reviewing quotes from other plumbing companies, I chose A & A, not because they were the lowest but because I felt David and Abe were very honest and upfront on what was involved and explained there could be other issues discovered as work progressed. They never tried to up sell me with additional services that were not needed or requested. David and Abe also found a problem in the main sewer drain caused by a poor repair made over 20 years ago. They expertly corrected the previously made improper repair. All work was preformed on time and the dispatcher always contacted me prior to their arrival. I will be recommending A & A to friends and family. A local company with good employees that take the time to do the proper job and they take pride in their work.

Ryan and Abe came in and jackhammered, removed all incorrect plumbing that a prior contractor did to my shower, removed my pea trap, that prior contractor clogged with concrete, replaced pea trap, vent pipe and shower drain. Not only did they do fantastic work fixing someone elses mistake, they very professionally handled the irate and very unprofessional (and I am being nice here) contractor who screwed it all up in the first place. I recommend this company, Ryan and Abe for ANY plumbing work needed. They were very knowledgable and answered all my questions, and I had many because of the problems I had with the other contractor. They are very hard working and they showed me they care about the quality of work they do and making sure the customer is completely satisfied! I would recommend them to EVERYONE! They are not only A & A Plumbing, they are A++++++++++++++++++++++ in my book!

This was a super big project--replacing all the drainage pipes under my house slab. The work started about 25Apr16 and was completed on 20Jun16. Kyle did most of the under house plumbing work. sometimes in terrible working conditions, e.g. muddy ground. Kyle Hunt performed excellent professional work, and always with a smile. His attention to detail was amazing and much appreciated. All the A&A employees whgo worked with this project, and the excavation team,were professional and great to work with. Thanks Joey, Kyle, and David for a project well done!

Kyle was very professional. He explained in advance everything that he was going to do and the cost. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was very neat as he performed the work.

I called Joey late this afternoon with an emergency situation. I explained my situation to Joey who dispatched Kyle to my home. Kyle introduced himself with a huge, beautiful smile. Kyle assessed the problem, fixed the problem and explained any and all questions I asked. I called Joey after my home warranty company dispatched a person I did not like from a company I would not use. I have used A and A since moving back to San Antonio in 2015 I referred my cousin to A and A and we love these young professionals.

Everyone in my new neighborhood was having some sort of plumbing issue occurring. I felt the need to have someone look at my I reached out to A&A to conduct an inspection signing up for their VIP service which included: cleaning hot water heater, check water pressure and inspect faucets and toilets. Dave was very professional, efficient and answered all of my question even showing me how to do some of the basic things myself.

David E was very professional and helpful. He did a wonderful job with replacing a bathroom sink valve. Good job A&A Plumbing!!!

A & A Plumbing has been great. I had just bought a fixer-upper and Joey was able to help me prioritize plumbing issues by installing a pressure release valve, a main shutoff valve and testing my water lines. Although plumbing issues are expensive in general, Joey's quotes were quite reasonable. After getting 3 quotes on running a gas line to the oven/stove, his was far below the others with larger pipe and a longer run. He suggested I run the line from the gas meter directly rather than tee-ing off an existing line in order to make sure I don't lose gas heat in other areas when I cook. I trust them thoroughly and plan to use them whenever I need plumbing issues addressed in the future.
