Hired them to fix roof leak around chimney. They seemed skeptical that there was a leak but agreed to caulk the affected area. That night it rained, and the water came right down the chimney again. We found someone else to stop the leak.

Very friendly, arrived exactly when he said he would, found the issue quickly and was back two days later (next day didn't work for me and wasn't needed) and completed the work quick. Roof has been holding up in the continued heavy rain we have been having.

After the wind storm they answered my request and were at my home within the hour. He looked at the damage, came back after the roof thawed out and was done by 12:00. I will use them again if needed.

Jeremiah, was prompt and very willing to accommodate my schedule. He identified the issue, proposed a solution and gave us a fair estimate. He completed the job the next day, and even called to say he would be later, than expected due to the weather. His ability to get the job done in a short amount of time was excellent. My husband had recently signed up for Home Advisor and he was showing me how easy it was to just “click” request estimate, and it was at that moment that he accidentally hit the key on the computer. Two minutes later his phone rang. It was Jerimiah from Carpenter and Sons. He said he could be available the very next day to come out for the estimate. Not only did he come out for the estimate, but the entire repair job was done in less than three hours. One New Year’s Eve!!! For us it was a miracle. What we had spent two months trying to get this repair done. We have an additional job and expense of repairing the inside, due to another roofer’s unprofessionalism. An estimate was given and the repair was completely done by Carpenter and Sons in less than 24 hours. Did I mention that this was on New Year’s Eve?? A thank you is not enough!! The review is not enough. If you need roof repairs in Olympia I strongly recommend that you call Jerimiah first. I am hoping to enlist him for the repair job on the inside as well. The project was re-roofing a flat carport roof attached to our house. There is a sliding glass door from our master bedroom onto the roof. They did a thorough, complete job (prep through cleanup) in fairly quick time. I would hire them again for another project!
