I hired AT&Z to do a move-out cleaning. To start, Tara was extremely nice and sweet thats why giving this review is difficult. Her mother came with her and all she did was complain. I spent hours going over their work. I could tell the difference between what Tara did and what her mother did.. No windowsills were dusted. Their vacuum broke so there untouched parts of the carpet. Even though the kitchen floor was not done good, Tara did a great job on the frig and stove.

"I am sorry to just now hear this. You advised me that you were thrilled and even gave a large tip. So this is unsettling to hear. Our vacuum cleaner broke due to the floor having so much trash even after sweeping most of it prior to vacuuming. This home was the dirtiest home we have ever cleaned and it was sparkling upon completion. There was no way you would have received a deposit for your rental back without us cleaning half a day at your home and last minute on the weekend. I wish you the best of luck and am very disappointed to read your untrue review."

Third time's the charm! My first cleaning service was unreliable, missing as many weekly appointments as they kept. My second broke a piece of glass art on the first visit and then refused to come back saying they couldn't guarantee that nothing else would be broken. ATZ's owner assured me they would "clean as if it were my home" and they have. Reliable, punctual, detailed oriented, careful both with fragile items and with using safe cleaning products. Even made friends with my cat. And all at a price equal to or less than I was paying previously. I give my highest recommendation.

She is great with communicating with me. Is willing to work with me when I have had to make last minute changes. Pricing is very fair. Her cleaning is great, she is reliable and very honest. The one time I had a small issue, she was willing to come out and make it right. I have nothing negative to say about Tara.

My family was moving into a new house and we needed to have the old house cleaned and ready for the next tenants. With work we just did not have time to get the job done for such a large house. Tara and her team came and did an amazing job. Full house cleaning, sanitizing, and carpet cleaning. Very professional and punctual. I strongly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.
