Ace Carpet Cleaning turned carpeting that appeared hopeless back into functional and CLEAN carpeting! My interaction with both Carol and Sharon was wonderful. They were knowledgeable, honest, and fair. The job was completed timely, professionally and exceedingly satisfactorily. We live in PA; the job was performed at a condo we purchased in Massillon,OH. Since we were not present during the carpet cleaning, Sharon kept me apprised by phone. She called when they arrived and after the job was completed. I will, without a doubt, use them again! Many, many thanks!

They know the business! There is no reason to hire anyone else that you might think is cheaper for the same results. We learned it doesn't work that way with getting carpeting cleaned. They really care and will do everything to make it right. Not saying it wasn't right when they were finished because they did an outstanding job! Best carpet cleaning job ever! ACE IS THE PLACE !!

Oh my goodness! I was shopping online, which is new for me, called a couple of numbers and then the lovely Carol, with the soft voice called me. I will admit, they were not the cheapest, but they ended up being the BEST. I am in Auto Sales, and sometimes the best price isn't always the best deal! My carpets are clean, they left spot remover, which I have since used on a grass stain, juice stain and even a mud stain!! It's amazing. Anyway, I am a customer for life and have recommended your company to EVERYONE!! I am soooo happy!! Even my fiancee noticed after returning from his golf trip!!
