Ackley's Arbor Care

We hired the company to remove a tree and the tree stump. They removed the tree the day they came to the door, but not stump. Said they would return when things dried out. We paid in full and they haven't returned. At first they kept telling us they'd be out that week, now they won't return our calls. We now have to hire someone else to remove the stump. They are scammers.

Do not hire these guys, they are scammers. We hired them for a tree and stump removal in 2021. They were very communicative in the beginning and worked quickly to take the tree down. They did not remove the stump because it was surrounded by our deck and their grinder could not get to it. Instead of giving us the money back for the stump removal as we preferred, they signed a document saying they would come back when the deck was being replaced to remove the stump with no expiration on the service. We are now doing the renovations and are ready for the stump removal, but I can't get them to come out to look at it or perform the work. I have spoken to them twice about it, and now they are not returning my calls or text messages. I have been trying now for 2 weeks with no success. So that we can move forward with the work on our property, I have to hire someone else to remove the stump, essentially paying for it twice.

I had three trees removed. They did a great job. I received multiple quotes, their quote was very fair. The day they completed my job, they were faced with a flat tire and also a broken hydraulic line and still completed the job in just a few hours. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again for future work.

We contacted them Thursday for an appraisal after the tornado downed 7 large trees, including one lodged on our garage. We were given a very reasonable price. The crew started Friday morning before 9am and we're finished with all the work, including tarping our roofs, by 4pm on Saturday. The owners kept us informed every step of the process. They were incredibly knowledgeable, quick, understanding and polite. They were very professional and did an amazing job cleaning up the yard. They went above and beyond with their help and the quality of work done. We are so grateful to have found them.

They removed a medium size Canadian cherry tree and stump. They did the job at a good price. They did an excellent job, quick with good cleanup. Yes I would recommend them.

That he was paid in full in June for a job that he said he would return in the fall to finish and he has not returned and does not answer any calls or texts.

Kenny and his crew did an excellent job. We had a tree in a difficult location very close to our building and lots of wires. They were able to take it down quickly and safely with no issues. Customer service was top notch. Highly recommend if you need a tree or stump removed.

They are a fantastic company, just make sure you get everything in writing as that is just taking care of yourselfð   ð   we did not do that and luckily my husband was semi ok with not having the wood moved to the back of the property.

I called for estimate they came same day cut down a tree and cleaned up the debris Kenny was very hands on with the job a great company

Group was very nice and fast. Asked the neighbor to move their car politely and did this for us. Quick clean up too! 20/10 would recommend
