AdvantaClean of Tampa

If I could give a negative star I would. They came to my home with their machines to remove mold and water. One of their machines actually leaked water in my upstairs. The protocols given to them were only partially followed. The rooms in my house were never covered nor were the furniture removed from the rooms. They removed the countertop in my kitchen, they never were instructed to remove the cabinets. They chose to do this. The tech said to me sorry. They failed the test by the mold assessment company twice. They scratched, scraped, put gouges in my floor. When I emailed all these issues to Brian he was very quick to give me his attorney contact info. Along with that, he claimed a max $250.00 liability. This would not even cover the dent in my brand new (less than 1-year-old) refrigerator. I contacted their corporate office who told me to take this up with the attorney of Brian. Never use AdvantaClean in any state but in particular Tampa Florida.

Brian Westmoreland was consistently prompt, detailed and courteous. His crew of Dennis and Joshua were dependable and completed the mold removal work which required a lengthy process, in the time they said. Brian was on top of the project from start to finish and went out of his way to help me understand what was happening. I would have no hesitation in recommending AdvantaClean Tampa to anyone needing water damage/mold removal.

Brian Westmoreland's team did an awesome job with mold remediation of my home office. His team was extremely professional. I would highly recommend AdvantaClean!
