I absolutely recommend , and will certainly use again "Affordable comfort Heating and A/C". Mark was prompt and thorough, he not only completed the work in a timely manner, but, when the next day another error code presented itself, he responded quickly and after taking another look, quickly identified the problem and saw to it that it was corrected. Roy, the tenant, had only good things to say about Mark, that he was personable and polite. He was willing to explain and even showed Roy what to do if it ever happens again. The price was more than reasonable and fair. I live in Kansas City, so having a person like Mark to call helps me to rest much easier.

The only thing that kept me from a 5.0 rating would be the lack of follow up on a commitment.

With all of the A/C companies in my area Mark was the only one that gave me the time of day and listened to some of my concerns. He walked me through the process, and even came back to tell my wife what all would happen with install. It was a quick install and very professional. I will use him in the future and will recommend him to anyone needing A/C service.

Mark replaced our entire heating and cooling system, installing a heat pump and air handler. His work ethic and quest for quality are the best. He had to overcome a difficult thermostat installation. The work was finished to our complete satisfaction on time and on estimate.

Hired Mark to replace my OLD furnace. He recommended the unit I bought. VERY professional! Did the work, cleaned up afterwards, and did GREAT work. Went with the High Efficient model he recommended. Would recommend Mark to ANYONE wanting to have quality work completed!

He did not know what he was doing. The 'repairs' that he did (removing the computerized part) cost me another service call from someone that did know what to do. I called Mark back to discuss this will him. got his voicemail but he never returned my call. The part that he removed was necessary for the furnace to work, plus it was still under warranty. I will never use him again, nor will I ever recommend him to anyone else.

Mark completely replaced my central air conditioning and heating system. He started and finished the job on schedule and as promised.
