AirStar replaced the complete heat pump system in my house: compressor, heat exchanger, and all ductwork run in new locations. Following their advice has given my house a more even temperature from room to room - much more comfortable. The new system is also much quieter and cleaner. These guys worked all day long on a Saturday to get the job done in one day! And, the whole time, they were whistling, telling jokes, and obviously enjoying their job. Let me tell you, when you spend this much money, you really want people who enjoy their job - they are bound to do better work. And you know a company is treating it's employees right (a clue to whether they will have good warranty service) when their employees are happy. Thanks AirStar!

Air Star was able to detect a major problem with our new A/C unit, prior to us accepting the financial burden from the landlord. Had we not utilized them, we would have spent over $2,000 on a system that was never maintained before. Reasonable prices from a company who actually knows your name when you call.

Unbelievable service and follow up. They accidently disconnected one of our phone lines and were prompt in coming to fix it. They could not fix it but are paying for the phone company to repair. Ask for Daniel as your technician and use Janet as your inside contact.
