Alamo Roofing did my dad's house in Albany, Oregon in preparation for sale. They have exceptional customer service, both on the phone and online. Chad was extremely friendly and knew what he was talking about. Although Alamo Roofing is not the least expensive roofing company out there, they are EXTREMELY reasonable and provide an exceptional product. They reroofed my dad's house, his low-sloped back porch and 10x10' shed. The left the area spotless after they were done and the everything looks amazing. I plan on them coming to Eugene to bid my house this spring as well. Fantastic Company!!!

From the first contact Gary was helpful and informative. He tore off the old roof and osb and installed new ply and paper in the same day. The job was finished the next day except for the ridge covers and vents. These were completed the following week when the supplies arrived. Gary is very easy to get along with and can answer any question. The crew that worked on the project were fast and efficient. I can highly recommend Alamo to someone looking for a new roof.

We went with a 50 year comp roof instead of a metal roof but foun Gary to be friendly. Gary also provided good communication, great workmanship and warranty.

Finished the job in less than 3 days, as quoted. A very efficient crew and they left the property clear and clean of debris.

My repair jo b was handled via the telephone[project was a vacation home. ] They were very prompt and the charge for the little job was reasonable. I would call them again.

We called 3 roofers in order to get estimates to fix leaking skylights and Alamo Roofing responded more quickly than the other two. One of the owners, Ismael Alamo, came to give us an estimate. I was impressed by his thoroughness; he got me to come up on the roof with him to describe the necessary work and he volunteered to crawl into our attic in order to inspect the leak. We made an appointment for him to do the work. Unfortunately, in the end, we had to cancel his appointment because one of the other companies we had called came in the meantime, presumably to give us an estimate, but instead went directly to repair work without giving us any warning (more about that on another report). Even though they did not end up by doing the work, I feel that Alamo deserves the Very Good rating I have given them.

Over a three day period they stripped off the old shingles and proceeded to apply and nail the new roof after a sound inspection of the base of the roof to spot any necessary repairs and they also replaced the vents and other protruding exhaust pipes. Very efficient and professional!

Always told me when they would arrive and were on time. Did an excellent job. I would recommend to a friend or use again if I ever need a roof in this area. I can not have gutters in the front of the house because of some dumb cc&r's and Gary fashioned metal to catch drips so they are not a problem when accessing the door. He changed a transition area so that the run off would not collect needles. The work was completed before schedule and just over the esimate, there were charges for dry rot repair, but not as much as I expected. Job well done!

They did a great job repairing my roof at a very good cost. I highly recommend them for any roof work.

We hired Alamo roofing to replace the roof of an 18 year old manufactured home. They were able to find a good day in the middle of the raining season and did the job in one full day. The roof came out very nice and we are happy that we chose Alamo. We did have a little trouble with sizing a skylight correctly but they were quick a remedying the problem. Their Estimate was exactly the amount I ended up paying and they required no payment till after the job was completed. And after getting estimates from �other companies� that were almost triple what Alamo charged I�m defiantly a happy customer.

They inspected the old roof, left samples of new materials, promptly gave a quote, delivered materials, installed the roof in 1 day, cleaned up perfectly. The roof looks great. Gary was very responsive and good to work with.
