Al arrived early but called and texted to let me know. He worked quickly and efficiently, discussed and explained the one potential problem he found and then fixed it. He left his work area clean and the price was exactly what we discussed. I had them out to work a rental property but will probably sign an annual service contract for them to work at our house as well.
