Allstate Asphalt and Concrete

I have waited for my temper to cool prior to commenting on this project. A year later, the only remaining portion of the work they did is the black tar on my stone wall and the paint on the garage, and the falling soil from the wall that they took down when they were to be paving. The salesman was wonderful, then the 'owner' got involved. He listened to NOTHING I said. Including to not come the day that they did the job as I would be working elsewhere that day. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Need to clean up their work area before leaving the job site. They left asphalt debris in the street. I realize its a dirty job, however they could have done a better job sweeping up some of the mess that was left behind.

They have a large team, and work fast, do a great job. All my neighbors hired them, they are resurfacing all my neighbors driveways

The young man did a fast hurried poor job. He spent more time loudly bragging about how good he was and spent less time actually doing a good job. Cracked asphalt was to be patched, however several feet from the garage door has been left unpatched; It looks like he ran out of asphalt patch and did not take time to get more. He just left the viable large cracks unpatched and put sealant over it. There is a rather viable unsightly spot where he completely missed with the sealent. Along the edges of the lawn Hhe left ugly black lines from over spray, as well as over spray on to the front cement walkway. He did not provide a written estimate or a contract; both against state license rules. He demanded to be paid ,even though I was unable to inspect the work because it was wet. I felt extremely intimidated so I gave him a check , made out to the business name. He refused the check. He demanded the check be written to a private person not the business, That as well as the uninspected job as well as no written estimate or contract made me feel like taking caution, I am glad I did. I will need to hire someone to repair the repair I am in the process of making complaints to the Better business Bureau as well as the state contractors licsense dept.

When I did my measurements, I was short by 3 ft. I called to get them to come out and finish the shortage and never got a response. The workers new what the were doing and did a great job. The only thing that I would have liked for the to do is taper the asphalt so that it didn't leave such a big hump. I am still in need for the 3X21' section.

We had some trouble with the site on this project. The crew worked incredibly hard to do the job well. It cost them extra but they did not charge me more and gave us a beautiful basketball court at the original estimate. Professional and hard working crew!

They responded quickly and we had a driveway done a few days after confirmation. Good people and overall good service.

This company was hired to both extend our driveway and reseal our existing driveway. The job was completed, and we are generally happy with the end result. The workers left trash and cigarette butts on our property, and cursed while working within earshot of my small children--which we found to be very disrespectful. Additionally, the heavy equipment cracked the corner of our driveway, and we asked them to repair it--they did not. The bobcat also tore up our yard, and they said that they would lay grassseed and hay over the areas, and they did not do that either. We signed one contract, and then it was revised, and we had to ask for a copy of the new contract. We were not happy with uneveness of the sealer that was laid, and we were not asked for to pay for that portion of our job.
