I agreed to pay the high price only because he agreed to show my son how he could fix another plumbing problem himself. After I paid, he did not show my son.

I was very satisfied with the installation of the faucets. The price seemed fair based on the other estimates that I received. The only minor problem was on the day of the installation. My appointment was on Friday, April 1, at 12:00 noon. The plumber did not arrive until 1:00pm. I did receive a call letting me know that there was a delay, but I had already left work early to make sure that I was there at the agreed upon time of the appointment. The plumber was very nice and knowledgeable, and he even checked my water-heater and gave me some very useful information. Larry, who came out for the initial estimate, was also very nice.
