Dwayne of Amilco Responded quickly to my initial inquiry and scheduled my appointment for the following day. Will, an Amilco technician of 26 years, came out as scheduled and proceeded to inspect and clean our dryer vent. Will also confirmed what I had only recently learned from Internet research. For optimum operability and safety, the dryer vent needs to be cleaned at least once a year. I ve set up the annual reminder in my smart phone and it is Amilco that we will be calling to do the work.

He actually went the extra mile and resealed some of the flashing around our chimney. I had the caulk and caulk gun as I was planning on sealing it up. He didn't think twice about resealing it while he was up on the roof cleaning our fire place. Thank you for being open and willing to do an extra item on our inspection to do list.

On time for job to clean my dryer vent which goes up through my roof. Did a very good job and was very courteous. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend these folks if you need your dryer vent cleaner.
