They did a great job with my kitchen, and everyone was very easy to work with. Ed did a phenomenal job with the tile, and the countertops and floor all look great. Ed did my bathroom floor also, and it is sooo pretty!

Birch and Shawn are great contractors. The attention to detail is top notch. They do not rush the job, they are there until it is complete to satisfaction. If something unexpected comes up, it is brought to the owners attention as well as options for fixing the issue. They were there through the whole process to ensure things went without incident. I would highly recommend them for anything! They are a great team!

First we lie to, about number items, they refuse to pull permits, they did worst job I ever seen they had redo elec I do not know how many times, all them that came was lazy, lie to us, and was worst remodel I ever seen, nothing said to us was true, then they denied them saying it, and they protect themselves by hiring inspectors from different counties, to do work I got ask if not a pay off I do not know what one is, would never allow them to step a foot on my land. They had no clues what they were doing, or how do it right, these reviews I must question as they try set us up, and it is odd the company they suppose be part of name is spelled different by one letter, I would miss this if I was not told, that they have nothing to do with one in FL, as so came, u the best defense recorded every thing, let nothing go unrecorded take photos, and make sure permits is pulled, as city will protect their own, and will not go after them that also part government even if it is breaking the laws.

All the employees (Const Superintendent, Project Mgr, Installer, Sub-contractor-driveway) that work for this company. are very efficient, professional, easy to get along with, courteous w/homeowner time. Also, if you have questions, and you forgot to ask about something in the beginning, you call and you will get a phone call back that day!! We hired them for bathroom tile/paint/small plumbing/ for a family mbr. The Superintendent walked us thru what had to be done. and everything turned out beautifully! There was a small hiccup (plumbing) but it was resolved the same day! 2wks later, We hired Appelman to redo our driveway, that was a total mess! Superintendent walked us thru what was going to be done and what/how it was going to be replaced. It was done in 1 and half days!! However. another hiccup. but, it was resolved that day as well!! What we have learned about doing any kind of construction, there is Always going to be something that unforeseen. so you just roll with it, be flexible. b/c in the end, it will be done right. and w/the guarantee on ALL of their labor/workmanship. for 1yr. that is what sold us!! plus, they care about what they are doing for the homeowner!! Job well done on 2 different properties!! Thank You!!

All of the individuals from the company were professional, efficient, pleasant. Additionally it was a pleasure to watch them work as they enjoyed what they were doing and worked well as a team. Great job!
