We had a great experience with this pool company. They opened our pool for the season, later repaired our sand filter, and also fixed our automated pool cover when it came off its tracks. Throughout each service visit, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Communication was excellent, they arrived when promised, and the work was completed efficiently. We appreciate their reliability and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Nick and Adam were a pleasure to work with. I researched several companies and had three companies out for project discussions. We selected Aqua Pool Shoppe because Adam and Nick were polite, professional, and offered a lot in regard to their ability to listen to what I was looking for in this project. Their communication was outstanding the professionalism of their crew was amazing. I might add they were very responsive and answered every one of my telephone calls or text messages regarding this project. We are extremely happy thus far and cannot wait for the new liner and safety cover to come in. I highly recommend this group if you are considering replacing a concrete patio or need other pool services.

They were quick to schedule and say they would be out to open and close my pool. I had to continually text and ask for updates on when they were coming to open the pool. This has happened again with closing and today he finally told me he was too far away to do the job. Very disappointed with their communication. They did a fine job when they did show up but getting them here was very hard.

Yes, he did a great job and had to make several trips to finish it. He was kind, courteous and helpful of the needs. I need it done. And he kept in contact the whole time.

Nick was awesome and very professional. Solved our pool chemical problems and installed a Chlorinator to help distribute our chlorine more efficiently. He has made our ability to maintain the right chemical levels so much easier. Highly recommend him and his company for all your pool needs!!

We had an electrician change an outlet and install a new switch and new pool pump. Unfortunately, the pump wasn’t working properly due to a cracked pipe. Nick stopped by the same day I contacted him, which was a Friday afternoon, quickly diagnosed the issue and put us on the schedule to complete the repair the following week. He was here earlier in the week than we expected, replaced the pipe and got the pump running correctly. Nick was friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the repair far quicker than we anticipated. We will definitely be calling him for future work!

I do not recommend using this company. We were very disappointed with their service. They seemed to be too busy to deal with the simplicity of handling a pool opening and closing. They did a very poor job with both tasks. Not to mention that we suspect that they didn?t install an $800 part correctly.

Nick(Aqua Pools) is very professional and prompt with responses to any of your needs. Every time I have called him he has followed through. If he says he will be there he is. He closed and opened our pool for us this past year and I have never in the last three years opened my pool and had it look clear with a couple of days without hundreds of dollars and cleaning processes. He did a great job and we won’t use anyone else!

For anyone looking for either a pool or service for your pool, I would highly recommend Aqua Shoppe. My wife and I had heard all the horror stories about having a pool installed. Nick does an amazing job communicating with you through the project and will do his best to put most of that stress at ease. He does a good job organizing all the different crews and the chaos so you as the homeowner feel little impact. They take pride in the project and give it the respect as if they were working at their own home. They even have an amazing way of making the concrete reveal look classy. Time line of project The pool shell was ordered in mid August. After a couple week the shell arrived, the hole was dug and pool was set on September 4 with water being added the same day. Nick and his crew showed up again the next day to have all equipment hooked up and running. It was then communicated that they would let the disturbed ground around the pool to settle for minimum of 7-10 days before they

I found recently finding a professional, trustworthy and great pool company is very hard in the Columbus area until now. One Sunday I looked on HomeAdvisor and picked the first company I saw listed and haven't regretted it! I messaged Aqua Shoppe Pool and Spa and within minutes Nick responded! I needed a vinyl liner and had a leak. That same Sunday Nick dropped off the sample book. That week Nick and Allen showed up checked everything out and came to the conclusion that I was losing water from the old liner. When the liner arrived they didn't mess around. Nick, Allen and 4 other gentlemen showed up installed the liner in not the best of weather. Nick and Allen are very knowledgeable, professional and kind! Nick kept in contact with me during the whole process and arrived when he said they would arrive- which never happens from other companies. I am extremely pleased with Aqua Shoppe Pool and Spa! I have even scheduled next seasons pool opening! Thank you so much, Nick!

My husband and I put in an inground pool this Summer. We were so excited but much to our surprise the plumbing wasnâ t working like we had hoped. After several failed attempts to try and get someone to help us we got ahold of Aqua Shoppe Pool and Spa! Nick was quick to respond and so helpful in fixing our plumbing issues with our pool.
