Greg, the electrician from Ashcroft, was amazing. He spent 8 hours solving all my electrical issues including adding two new outlets in the garage; troubleshooting a living room circuit that was wired incorrectly; repairing an outdoor coach light; repairing fireplace recessed lights; changing to. GFCI outlet for a pool heater; removing 2 non functioning exterior outlets; adding a GFCI outlet to protect the basement and an outlet for the washing machine; adding GFCI outlets in the kitchen; and removing double taps in the electrical panel. He was efficient and was able to identify problems quickly. He explained everything he was doing in plain layman terms so that I was clear about what the issues were and how he was going to remedy them. Best customer service ever. When I put my request in on home advisor for an electrician after work in the evening, Greg responded without minutes. A+++++ service!!!!!!

I was quoted a price range on the initial call and when the work was completed I again asked about the price and was told it would be the same as the original quote. When I received the invoice I was charged $100-$200 higher than that quote. Absolutely no customer service. It's a shame because the actual work was good but the follow through on the estimate was totally unacceptable.

Amazing experience start to finish. Received a very competitive price estimate to install a new bathroom fan and install three vents for all three bathroom fans. Promptly came and completed the work on schedule even though the weather looked somewhat questionable. Very friendly and professional Will definitely hire Ashcroft Electric in the future.

Steve is super-friendly and responsive. Easy to trust and delivered on all promises. Project was completed within 48 hours of initial contact. I needed a driveway lamp post with light replaced. I didn't have to do anything. Within 24 hours they sent me a picture of the post/light they determined was architecturally appropriate for the house and I loved it. I told them to proceed with the job and it was completed the next day and done properly. Looks and works great. They are now my go-to for electrical needs.

Steve Ashcroft provided excellent service for an electrical panel upgrade. He also took care of some additional electrical work on site for minimal cost.

I called several electrical contractors for an emergency repair. They were all booked and so was Ashcroft. However, Ashcroft made arrangements to come the same day to start the project before the concrete contractors arrived the next day. After they completed the original issue I had them add a switch and light fixture. Steve and his teams professionalism, communication, and work is top notch.

We had already sold our home and were in a time crunch, we needed our meter socket replaced and gas line bonded and several basement outlets needed to be added/replaced. Despite being really busy, Steve came at 7 pm to give us a free estimate. We hired them and they arrived promptly on the day they scheduled. Steve and his crew were very professional, yet friendly. They spotted several additional electrical Code issues and resolved them. All in, all A+ service !
