From the beginning to the end of my project, everyone was professional, knowledgeable - answering all of my questions and concerns, and very easy to work with. From the very beginning of my HVAC installation process, the gentlemen that worked with me from pricing and explaining the process, were just wonderful to work with. They made sure that I understood what needed to be done and how to get each and every discount and rebate possible. The young gentleman that performed the work each day, were punctual, very knowledgeable, courteous, and just a joy to have at my home. They worked diligently and cleaned up each day. and the owner of the company checked in daily on site and then phoned me each evening to be sure I understood what was being done. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to have HVAC work done at their home; you will be happy that you did.

Received phone call from company within minutes of request and home visit from owner with very fair estimate within a couple of hours. Old furnace removed, new one installed and area cleaned very quickly on the day it was promised. Everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. they are professional and friendly- we got several quotes but we liked Marks quick and professional quote- they showed up on time and worked from the minute they arrived until they job was completed. they explained what they were doing and why. they were very polite and friendly young workers. they cleaned up after the job was done and made sure everything was inworking order before they left. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of great work and reasonable prices.

I got a few quotes on a new furnace and a/c compressor. His price was right in line with the other quotes but I chose Atlantic Shore because of the quick response and the customer service. These guys are wonderful. They are really accommodating and helpful. They really took the time to understand my needs and work with so I understood my options. They were quick every step of the process, and after they were done the only evidence they were here was my new HVAC system. I cannot say enough good things or recommend more highly. excellent work! My upstairs AC needed to be replaced. Mark quoted me a fair price and was understanding of my situation, he was able to move some things on his schedule to accommodate my situation. His son and team came in and were very professional and did a great job. I wish my experience with all my contractor's were like this. I would recommend to my family and friends. They will be coming back when my downstairs AC goes.

The customer service was outstanding. When our central air conditioning unit broke down, Mark came to examine our situation, after normal business hours and kept me informed to his arrival because he was helping out his established customers. I appreciated his efforts; he prepared and presented a sound proposal and explained the advantages and disadvantages of the various a/c units but also the added benefit to include installation of a furnace. We understood and agreed with Mark's reasoning, so we decided to contract Atlantic Shore. Installation was completed in a timely manner, but more importantly, there was a minor issue two days later, and Jake took care of it within an hour. To me, that was a true demonstration of excellent customer service. The unit is running smoothly. We appreciated their efforts.

Mark took the time to educate me and let me know what the difference between the different energy ratings are so I could make an educated purchase. He is very easy to work with as was the installation technician Jake. Jake was very professional. He worked quietly and efficiently which allowed me to work from home uninterrupted while he did the installation of my new central airconditioning system. I could not be happier with the pre-sales consultation or the installation. Highly recommend.

After interviewing another company , we decided to go with Mark. The prices were similar but we liked Mark's presentation . The job was done very well,in the time frame indicated and Jake ,Mike and Steve were great. I would definitely recommend them .
