Bob the plumber was not sure the delta faucet on the shower could be changed out. The one he was replacing was a Delta, but had two handles and very confusing when trying to get a shower. I had bought a Delta faucet on Amazon. So Bob called Delta direct to find if the tow Delta products were interchangeable. It turned out they could. He was reluctant but he followed their directions and by galley it worked. I really like the new faucet; it's not so confusing. Thanks Bob!!! I know who to call now when I have a plumbing issue.

This was my first time using this approach for a home repair. Bob (Bear Mechanical Plumber) was very friendly, and displayed a lot of knowledge and experience as we discussed what I needed to have repaired. He successfully removed my old kitchen faucet hose ((which was leaking) and installed a new hose that I had procured from the original faucet manufacturer. He finished his work by operating the faucet and verifying no leaks were present, and the hose functioned as intended. He cleaned as he worked and even showed me the worn areas in the old hose that were contributing to the leaks. I appreciated his good work ethic and attention to detail. To top all of this off, my bill was even less than I was quoted on the phone as I began my search for a plumber. I will definitely call Bear Mechanical and ask for Bob again. Tim Ludlow
