I am not an expert on gutter repair and it is too soon to tell if it fixed the problem.

Mr Bennett responded quickly to my request for an estimate for my project as well as completion of the project within a short time frame. Job completed to my expectations and his description of the work to be completed.

First, the owner, Benny Bennett, came on time to see what needed to be done and give me a quote. I told him that I only wanted my gutters to be cleaned because I needed to have my deck replaced. He gave me a quote for the cleaning, for gutter guards in the back, and to replace the deck. Not only was he reasonable, he had his crew come and had all the work done in under four hours. The crew cleaned up all of the old boards and ran a magnet over the area to make sure no nails or screws were there to ensure my and my dog's safety. The crew were polite and professional and very hard working.. They did a great job and it looks great! I would gladly recommend and intend to use them again on another job.

only took two tries to get a day and time when the employee showed up. The small repair project (replacing two blown away shingles) was done in a half hour or less. Looks great!

Thoughtful assessment of our problem and realistic cost estimate. Not the cheapest by any means but the most likely to succeed. Workers were diligent, respectful, timely. Put in a full days work and extra time on weekend in order to complete the job. Meticulous attention to detail.

I use Benny Bennett Contracting for a gutter repair project that I needed to complete and was very please with both the suggestions and cost. Additionally I was happy with the expediency that was put on this project and the speed and professionalism that was demonstrated by this contracting pro. I began my remodeling project by getting estimates on new gutters and downspouts from contractors. When Benny offered his opinions to me something just clicked between us. In addition to the gutters, I had plans for roofing and painting my entire house along with many small jobs needing to be done later. I gave Benny a wish list and told him that I had budget in mind. After an hour of discussion, I came to the realization that I could have it all done in one shot with Benny. Two days later, Benny emailed me an estimate with a breakdown of each task. He was not the cheapest estimate, but he was in the ball park of all mid-range to high numbers and he is licensed, insured and bonded which is a necessity when people are on your roof and on ladders. He was a good fit for us. Great! I could now prioritize where my dollars should be spent. My wife and I sat down and decided that now was the time to fix up the old homestead for retirement. We contacted Benny and asked him if he could handle it all. Let's just say, lack of confidence is NOT a Benny Bennett character flaw. Lol. Gutters and downspouts, new roof (house and shed), power wash, lots of stucco repair, chimney pointing with a new cap, new capped foundation drip edge, full house painting, and even a TV antenna with ground installed were the assignments given Benny and his crew. Ah, now to his crew! T.J. and Steve are two of the most capable and cooperative young men I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Friendly and hard working are the words that I would use to describe these guys. A third worker came on the final two days, but I didn't really interact with him. Was this an easy experience? Not always, and it did take nearly three weeks due to tropical storm weather, a holiday, and vacations, but it was mostly painless. I'm not an easy guy to please and this was not an inexpensive job and I expect to get exactly what I pay for; nothing more, nothing less. Benny, T.J., Steve, and I planned and executed a very large undertaking in a fairly short amount of time in nearly 100° weather. I will say this: at the end of three weeks, I am a VERY HAPPY HOMEOWNER. I would certainly recommend Benny Bennett Contracting to all people who aren't sure what is possible for their homes to see if he is a good fit for you as well. After all, it's only and estimate. We started off by requesting his team to perform some repairs and painting of our Chimney. After discussing other issues with our home exterior painting, roof and gutters. I was at the end of the road with my roof. I hired a previous contractor who did the whole roof incorrectly. Benny and his pal Jim came and wouldn't quit until the mystery leak was resolved. Benny and his team are fabulous! After I spent a disappointing period of time trying to connect with the roofers whoâ d installed my work to replace lost shingles â and finding water stains on the ceiling â Benny replied quickly to my request for a quote. He was out on the next dry weekday to evaluate the roof and provided a very thorough assessment of what he saw â which involved warped plywood (exposed when the shingle came off) and other shingles not well settled (something I could tell from looking up). He also discussed costs frankly and fairly and promised to be out on the next clear day â which he was. He gave an arrival time and was there five minutes early. He and his crew were respectful, neat, and thorough. Theyâ d found bent nails in the roofing that had exacerbated the leak issue. They also cleaned out my gutters! All of that and he came in slightly under the estimate. Sitting at home on a rainy weekend, Iâ m happy to report that there is no more leaking and I feel very secure in the work Benny and his crew provided. Iâ d highly recommend him as an honest, straightforward and professional contractor.
