Hired BST for two jobs. 12/6/2017 to replace existing deck, replace several rafter tails, paint above garage door and front door. 2/10/2018 to replace existing shed. After many many calls and texts both jobs are still not completed. Both jobs are fully paid. My wife and I are seniors and I feel we were taken advantage of. BST resides in Murrieta, performs jobs for the City of Murrieta, and we reside in Murrieta. Seems they would take care of their neighbors.

They didn't leave until the job was done, even though it took a lot longer than expected. Thanks.

This company was very reliable, affordable and dedicated. We were in the process of making repairs and maintenance to home before placing it on the rental market Gil, the owner walked through the home and pointed out ways make repairs without spending a lot of money. Suggesting things like this wall can be cleaned and does not need to be paint. This wall can be touched up and that wall needs to be pained. We picked out carpeting, paint color, a new front door and some hardware and fixtures. Gil had all the supplies picked up at Home Depot. His two works had to return the carpeting to Home Depot twice because Home Depot mid cut the carpeting twice. Because of the error they had to work late into the night. In addition while one worker was dealing with the carpet the worker did Painting and Installation that was not part of the contract just to be helpful to us. If the need arises in the future I would definitely use this company again.

Just moved into Murrieta and purchased a new home. I had a leaky shower faucet. I contacted BST and I appreciated the quick response time... Ryan also showed up on time, was professional and did a great job! With more small projects on my horizon, I would definitely be calling them back and would recommend BST . Thank you

I needed help getting through the permit process for my back Deck project; BST got all the required drawings presented & permit issued within a week..... I ended up selecting BST to do the whole Build project. I am Very satisfied with BST & would recommend that folks talk with Gil if you are having issues getting your project started!!

Jesse came the same day that I had inquired on Homeadvisor. Replaced two commodes and a kitchen faucet. Work was clean and neat and he was respectful.

I had a handyman project for them to do and they did a great job. Jessie came out and installed my overhead garage storage rack with speed and quality. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely reach out to them for future projects.

The work done is good at a fair price, they just do not keep there appointments they always reschedule so be flexible have hired twice and both times company rescheduled.

Immediate call back from contractor after placing ad. A worker showed up as scheduled, was professional, seemed knowledgeable, gave a written bid, I signed. I had to purchase materials, bid was for labor only. Bid was slightly lower on a couple thousand dollar job than a previous bid. Work started around 10 am on a Saturday. I worked on other projects at the sight till 3 pm. Worker wanted to stay till 5 pm. Worker promised to lock up upon leaving. Got a call after 7 pm Saturday, "I'm bleeding over here." I asked what happened? "No way I can finish this job for the contract amount!" Shocked both that I was being told this, and that they where in my property without my knowledge, I stated a real contractor would honor his contract. The reply was, "I'm not going to be talked to like that." I replied that I was not going to pay more than signed contract, he stated that he would walk off the job, and did so. Seems like he might have a problem other than bidding job not to his liking. Good reviews probably due to good workers. Watch out for this guy!
