I needed a chair repaired before I had a bunch of guys over. Bob picked up the chair and returned it the next day, in time for my guests. He is very friendly and I would definitely use him again.

Bob is a nice guy and does quality repair work. He fixed the frame on our love seat sectional which our children broke by jumping on it (did a great job). He is also fixing our kitchen chairs and ottoman (which we haven't gotten back yet.)

The project was completed on time, at a reasonable cost, and we are very pleased with the job Bob did on rebuilding and refinishing our kitchen chairs. I would recommend Bob to anyone requiring furniture repair and will use his services when required in the future.

It took a few days for Bob to get back to me; when he did, he was going to call me in a day to confirm an appt. Did not hear from him for almost a week and after apologizing that he was really busy and things were hectic, we scheduled a day/time -- which he showed up for and did a very nice job. He even said he works 7 days/week so he was available any day, potentially, to do the work.

Bob came right away, and had my furntiure fixed in a week. I could not ask for anything more. My 32 year old table looks new again. Bob was wonderful to work with, and I plan to use him in the future.

I chose Bob Ratcliff's originally because I read the reviews. His overall review was based on about 80 reviews, so I figured if this deal was for real, he would be a great as they say. Since I'd never used Servicemagic before, I wasn't sure what I was getting into. Let me tell you, the guy was FANTASTIC. He was fast, courteous, he came when he said he was going to, he kept in touch with me with regards to a change in day, he was friendly, and his services didn't force me to empty my bank account. I will definitely use him again if I need him, and I will certainly recommend him to anyone I know in need of furniture repair.

Bob provided a reasonable estimate for refinishing a severely damaged piece of furniture. The project was completed in a most timely manner; the finished product was perfectly restored; the price agreed-upon was adhered to; in short, the entire experience with Bob Ratcliff was a pleasure. I have recommended his services to a friend and intend to use him again in the near future when I have moved to my permanent residence.

I am very satisfied with the quality and service from Bob Ratcliff. It was quick and the quality was like getting a brand new couch! He is very knowledgeable in his field. He had my couch fixed and back to me in 2 days, just in time for the Easter holiday! Wonderful service and well worth the money!
