"Price asked was for the remaining of your balance plus materials. Insulation is expensive and I stated in detail all expenses charged. Unfortunately, I cannot do work for free and am really sorry for the way things had turned out. I was excited about the project and really liked you and your family. am an honest person and by no means need to upcharge anyone that I do work with - you are the first person that I will not be working with again in the future. My money is earned honestly and I even gave you back the amount that you thought I was up charging you with - 300 bucks. These are not the actions of a scammer, and I am not one."
