Mike and his son really went the extra mile to make sure the job(s) were done properly. New Sliding doors install in an older condo building with 40 years of wear and tear is not as simple as just installing the doors, lots of molding, drywall repair, painting, etc. mike and his son did it all. also the invoices are specific with amount of labor on each part of the project. i trust mike and his son to do more work for me and already asked about another project. The other 5* reviews on here for mike and his son are not any kind of scam, not bots, and definitely not BS.

Michael and Ben remodeled our house and did an excellent job. They converted our basement into a bedroom, bathroom, closet, and family room from scratch which required drywall, flooring, painting, framing and electrical. They also installed new appliances, new railings, facia work, lighting and installed a new dishwasher with exceptional results. Their communication with us was prompt and greatly appreciated. I would recommend them for anyone needing a contractor. Great company and great to work with.

In addition to the deck reconstruction and refinishing, Michael built a porch overhang to allow me to create an outdoor cooking area out of the rain. He also replaced 3 windows with a new patio door to the newly refinished deck which opened up our kitchen and improved the flow of the house. New exterior lights were installed on the deck as well. One day, Michael noticed a water leak inside our house and quickly jumped into action and replaced a broken pipe inside a wall that would likely have caused major damage had he not fixed it so quickly. Very happy with the service we received and the quality of work.

We did a major sun room remodel. We got along well with Michael and Ben. They worked some long hours in less than perfect conditions (very hot). A Pleasure to work with and excellent creftsmanship. I would definitely hire them again.

Mike Burke is the best in Estes! We had tile in the shower and floor replaced as well as popcorn ceiling redo and an exhaust fan installed. Mike also installed beautiful LED lights in our living room ceiling and has done small repairs to our deck and lower level shower. Whenever we need a repair or opinion, Mike is there within days and gets the job done! Mike Burke is 100% professional, efficient and reliable. We were given estimates fast and honestly. If anything needed more time or supplies, we were told ahead of time. Always cleaned up during and after repairs and additions. We will call him anytime we need work done to our home for as long as he is in Estes Park!

The work they did for us was on our rental and we live out of state. So we were so grateful that they oversaw the entire project and took care of some unforeseen electrical issues identified during the project. They communicated with us on every step and we will definitely use them again.

I hired Michael to perform a few handyman tasks earlier this year. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the quality of his work. I was about to finish my basement and asked him if he ever did larger projects. He indeed did and provided me with a very detailed proposal which I accepted. I am more than pleased with the beautiful results. He finished the project on time and within budget and along the way made many valuable suggestions to improve on the original plan and save on costs. I would highly recommend him for any home improvement project!

Michael has done extensive work on our older cabin in Estes Park. The cabin has charm, which Michael appreciated, and it also had multiple problems before he arrived. We made clear that we didn't want to scrape and rebuild. He was willing to work with us, and had good suggestions. His work included extensive sheetrocking, insulating, electrical, plumbing, window replacement, floor refinishing. He was able to take in stride the usual peculiarities that you run into in remodeling work like this. We can now use the formerly 2 season cabin all year around, thanks to Michael. He had also replaced the roof with metal roofing, which was the subject of an earlier review.

In addition to repairs, Mr. Burke renovated the lower level of the house and two bathrooms, installed drywall, tiling, and vanities, completed painting and wainscoting, and assured proper installation of plumbing and electrical work. I recommend him highly and unequivocally.
