In my experience, the contractor failed to complete the agreed-upon work after receiving payment. During the project, there were concerns about professionalism and reliability, including an instance in which he appeared impaired at the job site and was asked to leave. Work began but stopped shortly thereafter, followed by ongoing issues with communication, responsiveness, and fulfillment of responsibilities. After researching further, I became aware of prior legal disputes involving this individual that raised similar concerns about unfinished work and customer dissatisfaction. Due to these circumstances, we have initiated legal action to pursue resolution and recover our losses. This statement reflects our personal experience and understanding of events.

Hired to put in a concrete patio and assemble a gazebo kit. We were rescheduled several times for several weeks, some due to rain (which we understand) and other excuses. Finally got the slab poured and we are very disappointed with the finished work. The edges are very sloppy and uneven, there are low spots where water pools and already a broken edge. They never even came back to remove the forms, which we had to remove ourselves. We did not even get to the assembly portion on the gazebo as communication ceased, so we will now go with another company. Cory is very nice, however, workmanship is lacking.

We had several instances where he would promise to come out and would not. No call no showed once. He told us the project would take 4-5 hours to do and it took him a week and a half with 4 days of rescheduling after promising to come out. Communication was horrible until we started getting upset because he would not return calls. Was supposed to install a new tile but due to a bearing in his truck going out, he was so far behind he gave us back the money for that. We were understanding until it was just one thing after another after another. No regards for our time. He was nice, I will give him that and I do feel bad for his truck but I was over it. Will never use him ever again. May even have to have someone come out to fix our washing machine drain still backing up on a large load. Not happy at all.
