Very professional and knowledgeable!

I hired Charles back in October of 2016 and since then he has taken care of all of the rental properties that I manage as well along with all my other clients when I sell them homes or are selling their homes. Very promt and resonible pricing. He actually should get 10 stars with some of emergency request we have and gets over to our tenants homes. Tenants all know him as well and comfortable with him in their homes even if not their.

Charles was friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. While there, Charles completed an added project above what he was originally hired for.

Needed deck steps replaced and timeframe was an issue. They worked with my schedule and despite snowstorms in march they got the job done on time and looked great. Will absolutely use them again

We had a new dropped ceiling installed with recessed lights and are happy with that. However, the painting was sloppy. I'm still trying to get paint off of the adjacent brick wall and floor! The thing that I would point out as most important is that the bid was handwritten and very general -- paint walls and trim, for example. I read through the bid and added some items and it was agreed upon by the contractor. Even though we had gone over things verbally and said we wanted everything painted one of two colors, when I noticed two of the doors had not been painted, it was brought up that it wasn't on the bid. They did it in the end, but charged me an additional cost. Also, I was told that extra tile would be left for us and it was not. I had purchased the first two gallons of paint. I noticed after they left that the extra paint they left was not the same quality as that I had purchased. Finally, my husband ended up putting a second coat on the ledge because it looked unfinished and it is a display area. The workers worked a few hours each day until the last day and then I feel they had to hurry to complete the job by the agreed date. I did feel that the workers were very professional and pleasant to have in our home.

C & K contracting did a great job for the jobs I needed done. They arrived on time and completed the project in a timely manner. I would hire them for my next project.
