The quality of work was excellent. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process and was completed prior to our expectations. We would definitely hire them for more projects in the future and refer them to all friends and family.

Do not hire! Quality of work was terrible, the fence had to be redone by another company, one worker showed up and worked 10 am to 2 pm a few times, left trash in the yard, Everett would not return calls, terrible

Do not pay this person until the job is 100% completed to your satisfaction. I still have all the lumber in my backyard from a deck rebuild from 2 weeks ago. He made promises to get it 2 times and I appear to be stuck with it. His work is average at best and only works 4-5 hours a day. I made the mistake of not holding back money until the pile of lumber was removed. I would never use this person again.

Once good communication was established they were very reliable. They did pretty good work. It was not just power washing and staining. I had all the rails and the flooring and all the stairs replaced. It was a lot of work. I feel the stain job could have been a little better, but overall, I am happy.

Monarch did an excellent job replacing my deck on a historic home built in 1885, the project was completed on time and at a reasonable cost. I have had numerous compliments from my neighbors on how great the new deck looks. Monarch brings a great depth of expertise on the construction side. I liked their work so well that i have hired them to complete some other miscellaneous work at my property. In summary, they do great work at a quality price.

Very polite. Love the fence that he did. Never came back to finish, and took a piece of my fancy railing to make a new one never came back, and would not retutn calls.

Professional, they did a good job building stairs going from garage to inside the house. Cut 2 trees, left the yard clean.Thanks Everett and crew.

This survey would not let me do less than one star. I got ripped off. This **** got paint everywhere and left without finishing the job. He ruined my home. I hired a union painter Who did a lot more work and a lot higher quality for half the money . I will never use or recommend home advisor again

Nice people and was impressed with Everett at the first meeting. Workmanship of the deck was sub par when I started to really look at it: damaged boards, many miscuts, asked for hand selected boards but got several with large knots, large uneven spacing between deck boards, has not finished the work or returned my call or texts.

I wanted to give WH a 5 (or 4) star rating -- but I can't. The deck looked good at first glance -- but I found some fairly minor issues and let Everitt know about them. He said he would take care of them. The problems are some bowed spindles and a couple of mis-cuts), and he has not responded to text messages left the last two weeks. He also told me he would build a platform - but that hasn't happened for one side of the deck that is almost at ground level. He has not given me a final receipt as he said he would (when he brought them platform he hasn't done). I need to build a platform on a different set of steps going to the yard because the last step of his set is several inches off the ground. I think he should have said something abut that and offered some solutions. I would have gladly paid him to built the platform. Now, I need to do it myself, and I'm not a carpenter. I was really hoping to give a good review, but service after the sale is horrible. I spoke with him during the project that he needs to do a better job communicating with clients; he said this was his first summer. He and his crew also left a mess for me to clean-up. I hope he learns from this experience and this not so glowing review because I would like for him to be successful.

Updated 4/17 Refund was given 10 months later.....Work has not been done. Yesterday, 6/20/18 they were to show up, did not even get a phone call to say not coming. This will be the 3rd delay. I was told last week, they are a week behind because of the heat. I agreed, it was hot and expected to see them on 6/20/18. I called Everett to see if they were coming, (in the A.M. it was raining), did not even get a return call from Everett. I left a message that I expected at least a phone call to say they could not make it. I also left the message saying if he did not want to do the work, to say so, and just return my $1400(1/2 the job cost). I have yet to receive any response and it is 11:00 A.M. 6/21/18. I further left in the message that I was having work done 6/22/18 by Signature Exteriors on the fascia and the gutters, and will have to wait until next week for WH to do any work, if they still want the job. Sue Hoffmann As of 7/24/18 I am still waiting for the return of my $1400.-00 for work that was never done by WH Contracting LLC. Everett asked that I write an e-mail to explain that I decided not to continue to work with Everett and his company on the decks, which I did promptly. But it's been more than a week and no check for $1400 has been forthcoming. BAD!!! Is Home Advisor going to get my money back for me??? As I explained when I last spoke with Home Advisor, my husband was getting bad "vibes", due to so many delays, and then when Everett asked for $3200 for 1/2 of the work that was to be originally done for $2800, it really did not feel right and again, there would be yet another delay. Not Good!!!!.

Evert and Jeff worked. They did not take smoke breaks. They limited cell phone calls. They did excellent work! I plan to use them again.

He came when he said he would. He was very polite and did a nice job. I was pleased with his service.
