I echo everything that Joshua from Parker experienced. We bought our first flip back in June and Jason said it would take 4-6 weeks to do simple cosmetic work. We were the idiots and paid more than 1/2 up front and then he continued to ask for more money to pay for materials because he didn't have the money. Joe Falko runs a very shady business and will tell you time and time again that he's "ex-Wall-Street" which not sure why any of that matters. Joe terminated our contract without letting us know and we are now left with a 60-70% completed project and has all of our money and no materials to show for it. We are now forced to hire another contractor to finish the project along with appliances, doors, baseboards, fixtures, etc....it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Stay clear of Joe Falko at any cost; he's a slimy businessman and he'll get what's coming to hiim one day!

They did not finish with the job.

We had a great experience with Jason, Joe and the work crew. We wanted to make our basement a great place for an extra kitchen, movie theater and guest suite. The crew was good about cleaning up, and kept the schedule on track. Cost wise they were great about working terms based on work complete. They pulled the permits for us and managed all inspections.

Joe Falko and his team are top-notch, awesome to with with and provided us a beautiful stately urban farmhouse kitchen remodel. We've worked with a lot of contractors and none compare to this team. Joe is blast to work with too - lots of laughs!

The Cardinal team was great from start to finish on our basement remodel. From the initial walk-through / planning of the project to the final touches of our new en suite guestroom. The communication from Joe and his team was timely and through every step of the way. AND, most important, they delivered the project under budget. I would hands down recommend Cardinal Construction to anyone for any project large or small.
